Project Coordinator/administrator

Nepean, Canada Francis H.V.A.C. Services Ltd. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the coordination and management of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports and closeouts
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Coordinate labour requirements & scheduling with Dispatch, as well as subtrades
- Issue purchase orders for equipment purchasing and subtrades
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and update project files
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and construction estimates
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
