**Job Posting: Project Coordinator at Monarchy Build**
Monarchy Build, a leading siding and roofing company in Ottawa, is currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our projects, including client bookings, supplier management, order placement, crew scheduling, and acquiring new projects.
This position offers a salary of 50,000 CAD per year and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm. The work location is at 1891 Merivale Road.
**Responsibilities**:
- Book clients in for siding and roofing projects, ensuring their needs and requirements are fully understood and communicated to the relevant teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain strong relationships to facilitate smooth operations.
- Place orders for required materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Efficiently manage the crew schedule, assigning tasks and ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Actively seek out and acquire new projects through various channels, such as networking, marketing initiatives, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and files to track progress, expenses, and any changes or modifications.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in project coordination or related roles within the construction industry is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools to track progress, manage schedules, and communicate project updates.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling project documentation, orders, and scheduling.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify and address potential project challenges.
- Knowledge of siding and roofing materials, construction processes, and industry best practices is an asset.
- A valid driver's license is required.
