**Labels Unlimited is looking for a highly motivated team player to join our team as a Billing, Shipping & Administrative Clerk. This is a Permanent, Full Time (Mon-Fri) Position.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize workloads to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow set procedures and instructions.
- Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Programs.
- Be able to work independently as well as participate as part of a team.
- Ability to use general office equipment, including a multi-line phone system.
- Previous office administrative experience is required.
- Previous shipping / logistics experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Accounting Software is an asset.

**Your Role**:

- Reception duties to include greeting clients and vendors in a professional manner.
- Switchboard duties which include first contact with customers and paging employees.
- Administrative duties which include composing and editing correspondence, completing projects as assigned.
- Perform a variety of clerical functions such as filing, faxing and photocopying.
- Administrative assistance to the different company departments as needed.
- Responsible for creating and issuing accurate invoices based on job docket instructions.
- Verify and enter customer billing information into accounting software.
- Obtain freight quotes and add charges to customer invoices.
- Create carrier manifests and BOL’s for multiple daily outbound trailers and couriers.
- Track shipments.
- Contact customer for payments and process payments online or POS terminal.
- Other duties as assigned.
