**Exhibits Sales Executive - Toronto**

**Job Summary**
The Exhibits Sales Executive maintains the overall responsibility for the sales of custom exhibits. From driving new exhibit sales opportunities, to maintaining current clients, in a timely, profitable and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive exhibit sales opportunities at all GES shows
- Work closely with clients to ascertain their exhibit requirements
- Service existing accounts, as well as follow up on leads for new business
- Keep updated on industry trends
- Oversee the sale/project while in production
- Clearly identify the critical times lines and contractual conditions (internal & external)
- Manage client files using GES method and new Salesforce CRM integration
- Attend show set up to ensure installation of exhibit is correct, complete, and handover to client
- Exceed sales targets established for the department
- Contribute to improve the custom exhibit booth sales margin

**Qualifications**:

- A College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ sales experience with strong understanding of sales process
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- SalesForce or CRM experience is considered an asset
- Highly organized, efficient, outgoing, positive individual who is a reliable team player
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to service existing customers and call prospects with confidence
- Flexibility and ability to work necessary hours, which may include evenings and/or weekends in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
