**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Daily review and verify information in reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with various reports for associating partners.
- Support departments as a backup as needed.
- Monitor and process various clerical duties.
- Prepare invoices and cheques for payments.
- Process cancellations and refund requests.
- Organize physical and digital files, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide support for projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized systems.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and online banking platforms.
- Excellent time management skills for effectively prioritizing work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Ability to exercise the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- 3+ years in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and related programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
