RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:
Le Centre du service des risques des particuliers est ouvert du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 30 à 19 h.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:

- Répondre aux demandes des courtiers sur les nouvelles soumissions et les avenants, tout en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle;
- Répondre aux questions des courtiers et leur fournir des soumissions;
- Communiquer par courriel et par téléphone avec les courtiers;
- Faire un suivi régulier avec les courtiers pour obtenir des renseignements additionnels sur les polices ou les clients;
- Vérifier les demandes reçues, prendre une décision appropriée relativement à chaque demande et procéder en conséquence;
- Créer et garder à jour des dossiers dans le système du Service des risques des particuliers;
- Maintenir un échange permanent avec la souscription à propos des décisions prises relativement aux comptes;
- Travailler au centre pendant différents quarts de travail, entre 8 h 30 et 19 h, conformément à l’horaire prévu par le superviseur;
- Tâches connexes, telles qu’attribuées.

KEY OBJECTIVE:
The Personal Risk Service Centre operating hours are Monday -Friday 8:30am -7:00 pm

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle broker requests for new lines and endorsements while providing superior customer service;
- Respond to broker inquiries and provide quotes to brokers;
- Conduct regular follow up with brokers for additional policy / client information;
- Review incoming requests, making appropriate decisions and processing accordingly;
- File set-up and maintenance on personal risk system;
- Ongoing liaison with underwriters regarding decisions on accounts;
- Ensure ability to work different contact centre shifts within the business hours of 8:30am to 7:00pm, as scheduled by supervisor;
- Additional tasks as assigned.
