We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with experience in supervising and training staff. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assigning sales workers to duties
  • Hiring and training or arranging for training of staff
  • Ordering merchandise and authorizing returns
  • Establishing work schedules and supervising staff
  • Preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and have excellent communication skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
