About Us:
Sparkle Window Cleaning one of Toronto's largest window cleaning companies. We are a family run business that have been in business since 1960. We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to assist with getting our financial documents in shape and keeping them that way. We are currently using Simply Accounting, SAGE and Lotus Notes. We are open to you re-vamping and "doing things your way". We are a small office with a casual work atmosphere. Work hours are tentatively 8:30-4:30 but there is some flexibility there.

Tasks/Expectations:

- managing all financials office, provincial, federal
- payroll
- assisting with answering the phone lines
- all general office maintenance i.e. ordering supplies, closing the office at the end of the day etc...
- you may spend many hours at the office working independently so self motivation and the ability to prioritize your tasks is a must. It is a casual workplace so no dress code and hours can be flexible but are tentatively 8:30-4:30.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,400.00 per year
