The Talent Acquisition &Internal Mobility advisors play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, evaluating and selecting top external and internal talent for the organization. As internal mobility advisors, they play a critical role in facilitating career growth and development opportunities for employees within the company leveraging their deep knowledge of the communities of expertise they staff and the specific needs of projects.

**What you'll do**
- Develop staffing strategies and selection processes to meet hiring needs of all zone studios.
- Support and guide managers to meet their staffing needs, acting as a trusted advisor with regards to talent selection.

**Qualifications** What you bring**
- ** Communication skills**: Ability to communicate in **French **and **English **in order to collaborate with stakeholders across Canada
