**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, scheduling service appointments and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Duties**:
- Analyze customer needs and offer solutions or product recommendations
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions
- Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Effectively manage a fast-paced environment
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in customer service for the window industry preferred
- Proficiency in English; speaking and writing along with computer skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
