Currently, we are seeking motivated **Project Administrators** to join our growing team in order to support our projects in **Northern Ontario**. The key responsibilities of a Project Administrator include, but are not limited to:

- Facilitating weekly reporting on project status and attend client meetings to report on minutes of meeting
- Assisting with development of project quality plans and completion of quality control checks
- Material, tools and equipment procurement to support the projects needs
- Payroll entry and cost allocations
- Assisting in planning and preparing reports, plans, and construction schedules for project execution
- Overseeing site Coverall program under the direction of the Project Manager / Superintendent
- Scheduling site specific training needs for workforce
- Performing clerical duties and utilize Technica's ERP (Viewpoint) to input data.
- Assisting with project invoicing and tracking
- Performing document control for Projects.
- Assisting Supervisors/Superintendent as required

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Mining/Civil/Structural Engineering or Business is considered an asset
- Experience in a mining, industrial or construction environment or manufacturing is preferred
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact and engage with cross functional teams
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work remotely and out-of-town as required
