_**Job Description -**_ Responsible for FTTH design team to deliver FTTH design for Roehampton’s Client. Responsibilities include but limited to:

- Leading a designated group of FTTH Designers.
- Training new additions to the team.
- Ongoing training as required to keep the design team knowledgeable to current practices and client requirements.
- Mentoring and encouraging individual designers to excel.
- Conduct employee review on a timely basis.
- Allocating jobs to designers based on schedule requirements.
- Monitoring team members to ensure schedule is being met and escalating delays to senior management.
- Understanding design issues and undertaking steps to resolve them.
- Quality review of the final deliverable.
- Quality review designs prior to Conceptual design submission to client and prior to Final detail design submission to client.
- Ensure client design specifications are being adhered to.
- Coordinate next step activities with the appropriate design group within Roehampton Cable.
- Attend staff meetings as required.
- Liasson with the client representative for technical issues.
- Liasson with client organization to facilitate specialty permits, i.e. Railway, ROW,
- Engage and Liasson with road authorities as required.
- Attend site meetings or site review as required.
- Represent Roehampton regarding designs created overseas.
- Communicate regularly with the general/ operations manager regarding progress and issues.
- Manage / update tracking and measurement tools.
- Share technical information with other managers.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Responsibilities include:

- Delivery of outstanding designs.
- Delegate work to the appropriate team member.
- Be available to deal with all Legacy issues that may occur
- Represent Roehampton in client meetings.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Bell Canada OSP design: 4 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Etobicoke, ON
