**The Job at a Glance**
**A Typical Day**
- Provide personalized support for key customers to build long-lasting relationships
- Interact with team members to achieve optimal response time to customer requests
- Interact successfully with all levels of employees within the organization
- Exercise discretion and make decisions in a time sensitive environment when Manager is unavailable.
- Adaptability/versatility for changing workloads and priorities
- Other duties as assigned
- Assisting team members in achieving personal goals and objectives
- Regularly collaborate with Manager on discussions, projects, etc.
- Work with the team on designated tasks and provide feedback where applicable
**To Land This Opportunity**- Minimum high school graduation required
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Customer Service role
- Supervisory experience an asset
- Must have experience with a current ERP system
- Minimum 50 wpm
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
