Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide administrative support to COO
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Support employee relations activities and programs
- Conduct data collection and entry for HR metrics and reporting
- Assist in change management initiatives within the organization
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Administrative activities such as bookkeeping

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus

Joining our team as a Human Resources Assistant offers an opportunity to grow in the field of HR, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
