HR Administration: Manage HR activities such as employee movement, benefit plans, workers' compensation, and payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to location managers, serving as a trusted resource for HR-related questions and initiatives.
Compliance Management: Stay up-to-date on provincial employment standards, human rights, and privacy legislation, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance across locations.
Training and Development: Facilitate HR orientation/training sessions for new managers, offer performance management support, and assist with HCMS implementation and training.
Generate reports, coordinate tasks with other departments, and support HR Director in health & safety initiatives, including WCB claim management.

Experienced HR Professional: With 2-3 years of HR generalist experience under your belt, you're well-versed in all aspects of HR operations. Administrative Guru: You have a knack for navigating administrative systems and processes, with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you excel at juggling multiple priorities and building collaborative relationships across departments, both in-person and remotely.
Detail-Oriented: Your keen attention to detail ensures accuracy in HR administration and compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
Effective Communicator: You communicate with clarity and professionalism, both verbally and in writing, fostering open communication and trust among stakeholders.
