**Position: Hostess - Outdoor Tent Team**

**Location: Old Montreal, QC**

**Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (5 days a week)**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Warm Welcome**: Greet guests, provide friendly check-ins, and create a positive first impression.

2. **Customer Assistance**: Answer inquiries from potential customers, both in-person and over the phone, providing information about our unique vintage Cadillac tours.

3. **Payment Handling**: Efficiently collect walk-in payments and process reservations using our reservation system.

4. **Tour Coordination**: Ensure proper start times for each tour, assisting guests with any last-minute inquiries or adjustments.

5. **Vehicle Maintenance**: Take pride in cleaning the vintage Cadillacs between tours to ensure a pristine and enjoyable experience for every guest.

6. **Sales and Checkout**: Engage in merchandising, beverage, and add-on product sales. Provide seamless checkout experiences for customers.

**Horaire : Mercredi à dimanche (5 jours par semaine)**

**Responsabilités**:
1. **Accueil chaleureux**: Accueillez les invités, effectuez des check-ins conviviaux et créez une première impression positive.

2. **Assistance client**: Répondez aux demandes des clients potentiels, tant en personne que par téléphone, en fournissant des informations sur nos visites uniques en Cadillac vintage.

3. **Gestion des paiements**: Collectez efficacement les paiements des visiteurs et traitez les réservations à l'aide de notre système de réservation.

4. **Coordination des visites**: Assurez-vous des horaires de départ appropriés pour chaque visite, en assistant les invités pour toutes demandes de dernière minute ou ajustements.

5. **Entretien des véhicules**: Prenez soin de nettoyer les Cadillac vintage entre les visites pour garantir une expérience impeccable et agréable à chaque invité.

6. **Vente et encaissement**: Participez à la vente de produits dérivés, de boissons et d'articles supplémentaires. Assurez des expériences de paiement sans faille pour les clients.
