**Job Type**: Full-time
The individual will be a member of the sales team. The primary responsibility is to manage customized services for US-based customers, which includes but is not limited to:

- Work with the local sales rep to sell customized services.
- Establish and maintain relationship with the clients.
- Directly work with the clients to develop work plans, set milestones, and monitor progress.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure completion of the project and delivery of the finished products and reports.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirement**:

- PhD or Masters in biology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or similar field.
- Training experience in protein biochemistry, antibody development, and immunology is preferred.
- Experience with project management and customer facing duties is preferred.
- Have a good understanding of biologic research, drug discovery, and diagnostics field, and the relevant technologies, products, and services.
- Ability to learn fast; multi-task and prioritize and work independently.
- Travel 10-15%.
