**Annual Salary: $72,325 - $90,421**
Reporting to the Director - Quality, the Coordinator - Client Relations & Quality is dedicated to improving the client and family experience, and is accountable for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive client relations process. This position plays an essential role in the integration of People Centred Care principles and practices.
**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:
- Post secondary degree in public health, health sciences, health administration, public relations or other related field
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a healthcare setting
- Experience developing engagement strategies
- Education and experience in Conflict Management
- Experience working with volunteers
**Skills/Abilities**:
- Advanced use of software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Superior ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing to a variety of audiences that builds support, educates and promotes understanding
- Strong assessment, decision making and organizational skills
- Development of frameworks, guidance and promotion for corporate uptake of initiatives
- Effectively prioritize urgent and emerging activities, and negotiate change to meet deadlines
- Experienced in identifying broader system issues to the appropriate stakeholders for positive change
- Understanding of relevant legislation and standards (e.g. ECFAA, FLTCA, Accreditation Canada)
**Assets**:
- Knowledge of Indigenous cultures, languages and traditions is an asset
- Ability to converse in French or an Indigenous language is an asset
**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
- Will be required to travel to various work locations and provide own transportation.
