As a member of our IT Operations team, the Operations Support Analyst will be a professional and experienced point of contact to Payworks employees for technology support. The Operations Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting employees in the Winnipeg Head Office and our regional offices across Canada. Duties will include resolving day-to-day helpdesk tickets as well as participating in hardware and software deployments, and participating in IT Projects.

**PROBLEM SOLVING & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE** - IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO***:

- ** Work with a team **- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of strategic projects and implement technical solutions. You will also uncover internal customers’ specific needs and diffuse concerns through the use of effective probing techniques, active listening and communication skills. With the gathered information, interpret and diagnose the issue by evaluating and analyzing symptoms.
- ** Make great products even better **- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of strategic projects and implement technical solutions. You will also uncover internal customers’ specific needs and diffuse concerns through the use of effective probing techniques, active listening and communication skills. With the gathered information, interpret and diagnose the issue by evaluating and analyzing symptoms.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED***:

- Strong technical savvy, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly and systematically instruct employees in the use of products and systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while demonstrating resourcefulness in the use of available tools and support resources.
- Previous troubleshooting experience related to Windows, virtual desktops, VoIP is required.
- Extensive software and hardware experience in a Windows environment.
- Dedication to improving the customer experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Infrastructure experience and knowledge considered an asset (network, servers, security, VMware, storage, VoIP).
