To continue the successful development of the product lines dedicated to public, fleet and heavy vehicle charging, we are looking for a new team member in our global E-Mobility team in our local Innovation center in Montreal, Canada, Local Product Manager E-mobility Digital Solutions.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You are a key member of ABB Local Product Management team, supporting the team to develop and optimize the global portfolio and its return on investment.
- Study with focus the market and help reaching a full understanding of market requirements in the areas of AC and DC fast charging. You are able to transform these requirements into differentiating value propositions to customers as an input for producing a product roadmap.
- Responsible for rationalization, and integration of existing and new digital platforms into a long-term strategic portfolio for North America.
- Perform various offering life cycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability including the creation of the business case for development projects.
- Support and guide projects and work-packages with the development teams, project leaders and external partners in terms of specifications, priorities, timelines, and planning.
- Support the preparation of market communication materials, and you support new offering launches.
- Inform Sales and channels on topics related to the offering, such as new offering availability, market, competition, quality, configuration, trends, and limitations.
- Provide sales support, participates in customer meetings, and attends trade shows.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Engineering, Masters is preferred.
- You possess experience in product management and understand development lifecycle of products (specification, architecture & design, implementation, testing, market release, maintenance & support, etc.)
- 10 years Product Management, Product Marketing Management, Technical Sales or Project Management experience.
- You have a good commercial understanding about business-to-business sales for industrial markets; experience with business intelligence tools (i.e. MS PowerBI, Excel) is considered a plus.
- You have the ability to translate commercial products into technical specifications and you are able to judge and challenge technical proposals (in relation to business goals and commercial offerings).
- You are able to challenge external suppliers and developers on proposals and offerings.
- Affinity or proven experience with large electric products is beneficial; understanding of digital and IoT product offering and services is a plus.
- Experience in the electric vehicle charging market is preferred, experience with smart home, solar or energy storage products and understanding of digital and IoT product offering is highly beneficial.
- Solution oriented and communicative style.
- Structured in communication and approach.
- Willingness to travel globally.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams, clear verbal communicator in English, knowledge of Italian, Mandarin, Polish or Dutch are considered a plus).
- Feels comfortable in fast moving, innovative & dynamic market, and technology environment.
