**Description de tâches**

Sous la responsabilité du chef du digital et du marketing, le responsable de produit se chargera de nouveaux produits essentiels pour le commerce électronique et contribuera à la mise en place de la nouvelle équipe de produits. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos concepteurs de produits, nos ingénieurs et d'autres partenaires interfonctionnels.

**Responsabilités**

Découverte du produit
- Travailler avec le directeur commercial et le directeur de la technologie du commerce électronique en tenant compte de la convivialité, de la demande et de la perte d’exclusivité (LOE)
- Définir les indicateurs de performance clés _(KPI)_ qui s'échelonnent jusqu'aux objectifs et résultats clés _(OKR)_
- Travailler avec les parties prenantes (finances, marketing, équipes techniques) pour s'aligner sur la stratégie et gagner leur approbation

Livraison et exécution
- Gérer la stratégie produits, y compris la priorisation, les coûts d'opportunité, les délais, les indicateurs de performance clés, les maquettes fonctionnelles, etc. en partenariat avec les concepteurs de produits et le directeur de la technologie du commerce électronique
- Assurer le lancement des produits et la coordination avec les partenaires interfonctionnels (par exemple, lancement marketing)
- Participer à la mise au point des exigences pour l'équipe d'ingénieurs, diriger les cérémonies Agile (y compris les réunions de sprint hebdomadaires) et tenir à jour le carnet de produit dans Jira pour chacune des initiatives
- Collaborer avec d'autres responsables de produits, ingénieurs, partenaires interfonctionnels et parties prenantes internes pour la mise en œuvre de bout en boutRun product roadmap meetings keeping Leadership and key stakeholders informed

Stratégie produits et vision
- Partager, en partenariat avec le chef du numérique et marketing et le directeur de la gestion de la relation client, une vision globale de l'expérience numérique.
- Agir en tant qu'évangéliste du produit, leader d'opinion et expert en la matière auprès des autres chefs de projet et du reste de la compagnie
- Rester à la pointe des dernières tendances de la technologie, du commerce électronique, de l'expérience client, du commerce de détail, de la mode, des achats, de la planification et du marché concurrentiel

**Exigences**
- Baccalauréat ; la maîtrise est un atout mais n'est pas exigée
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable de produit
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente
- Expérience de travail dans des contextes Agile et de gestion de cérémonies de sprint
- Une formation d'ingénieur n'est pas nécessaire, mais la maîtrise des exigences techniques est essentielle
- Un sens aigu et démontré de l'empathie envers le client

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital and Marketing, The Product Manager will take ownership of some critical new e-commerce products and help lay the foundation for the newly formed Product Team.
