Our GFL team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join us in Vaughan, Ontario. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Digital Marketing team in managing GFL Environmental’ s digital marketing tools and initiatives. The role requires an individual that is adaptable and comfortable working collaboratively across departments and has a strong understanding of project management and digital marketing strategy. The digital marketing team at GFL is responsible for the planning and creation of digital marketing strategies to drive business for lead generation and to ensure customer satisfaction online.

**A “Day in the Life" of a Digital Marketing Coordinator**
- In correspondence with the Digital Marketing leadership, be the product owner of our digital marketing tools. Optimizing them and providing feedback monthly, weekly, and daily.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team and stakeholders to ensure all business listings across the internet are accurate and optimized.
- Work with content, design, and development teams, to ensure online messaging across online channels speaks the brand.
- Help create and manage online marketing reporting, with marketing leadership.
- Work with Marketing leadership as Account Owner of Online marketing tools. Provide feedback and expertise, on digital marketing tools as needed.
- Manage and attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings as needed via Microsoft Teams or In Person as needed.

**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**:

- College Diploma or University Degree with focus in Marketing.
- 1-2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with strong interest, passion and curiosity for the work you perform.
- Technical skill should include Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Marketing Communications, Project Management and Web Technologies.
- Creative, strategic, self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt, learn, and persevere in a changing landscape.
- Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and online marketing tools.
- Experience or knowledge of the following tools is requested Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Birdeye, and Ahrefs.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and content management systems preferred.
