**About the Job**:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Associate Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for working very closely with the Marketing and IT Teams to support and help to develop key digital marketing initiatives and strategies. This includes POS and ecommerce menu management, ecommerce sales & performance analysis, digital marketing campaign optimization, and CRM. With this role, the opportunities are endless, you'll get to be a part of defining the intent of digital experiences, grow Taco Bell's digital footprint, and bring new and innovative experiences to life. The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for supporting national marketing campaigns, local store digital marketing efforts, and aggregator partner management.
**The Day-to-Day**:
- Support Marketing & IT / POS Team with implementation of marketing programs across all ordering touchpoints including in store POS, ecommerce, and aggregator partners.
- Project manage workload and workflow for all processes regarding eCommerce deliverables and digital merchandising execution to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and enjoyment.
- Create analytical dashboards and use data and storytelling tactics to plan and design full journey experiences that focus on converting the user and driving overall ecommerce sales.
- Owning sales, trend, and performance analytics from ecommerce platform. This would include Google Analytics (GA4) management.
- Working with our partners to build, develop, roll out, and maintain CRM platform and strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to build this from the ground up working in collaboration with global counterparts.
- Working closely with marketing team and media agency to optimize digital marketing strategy. This would include multitude of campaigns across a wide variety of digital platforms.
- Owning SEO partnership and keeping teams updated on marketing programs.
- Proactively ensure issues, successes and key insights are being escalated and reported in a timely manner throughout a campaign or program.
**Is This You?**
- BA and at least 3-5 years of experience in Digital Merchandising/Marketing or equivalent years of experience in the digital space.
- Proven understanding and curiosity of the role site merchandising and optimization play in the overall experience of a user and how they engage with and convert on a digital platform.
- Project management, execution, and cross-functional experience that drives efficiency and continuity.
- Experience in web / app management is a must have
- Experience in brand / marketing is a must have
- Experience using Google analytics / GA4 is an asset
- Proficient in MS office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Photoshop)
- Experience with NCR POS would be considered a bonus asset
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with several priorities
- Superior written and verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Unquenchable curiosity and passion for social media and community building online
