**Position Summary**:The National Account Representative (NAR) will collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop strategic sales initiatives by leveraging brand portfolios to deliver sales and profit growth. The NAR will support the long-term business success for accounts and will create winning action plans and promotional programs. Will be working with both internal and external category teams to build strong relationships with buyers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Builds customer relationships at the buyer and senior buyer levels and facilitates connectivity in other functional areas including Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Develops yearly sales strategy, price negotiations & business plans with the Director of Sales
- Partners with internal and external partners/stakeholders, to deliver annual sales targets.
- Plans and delivers, with the support of the Sales Director, the key aspects of Product Line Reviews such as alignment with JBP & marketing on PNLs.
- Delivers results while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
- Maximizes the availability of our products in the appropriate channels of distribution consistent with our brand strategy with an emphasis on superior new product execution.
- Executes consumer and shopper driven strategies for their customers that enable Multy Home to achieve best in class results.
- Collaborates with the product and marketing team to identify opportunities to growth the business.
- Provides sales analysis of performance and provides recommendations.
- Ensure all forecasting is accurate to meet customer fill-rates and in-stock requirements.
- Conduct sales forecasts and weekly and/or monthly status reports
- Conduct market competitive analysis and report on findings and recommendations.
- Support and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct all work duties as per the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations, the health, safety & environmental policies and Quality policies as established by Multy Home.
- Work with his/her respective group to ensure overall company training needs are achieved.
- Perform any other reasonable assignments given by the Department Management or his/her designates.

**Education / Experience**:

- University degree in business/marketing and a min of 10 years related work experience
- Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.
- Excellent Relationship building skills.
- Advanced presentation and public speaking skills
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
