Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Enter vehicle purchases & related expenses
- Transfer vehicle registrations to the name of the dealership on SAAQClic
- Enter vehicle sales
- Calculate buyers commissions
- Prepare various reports on Excel
- Bank account reconciliation
**Required Work Experience & Skills**:
- Must have in depth knowledge of Sage 50
- Must be bilingual
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $36,400.00-$54,600.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 1H3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- Sage: 1 year (preferred)
