Reel One Entertainment is a dynamic international television production and distribution company with offices in Montreal, Los Angeles and London.

As part of part of Newen (TF1 Group) and A+E Networks, Reel One leads the way in the acquisition, financing, production and distribution of high-quality TV programming, being one of the largest suppliers in the niche of highly commercial TV movies.

Reel One is looking for an **Executive Assistant **to CEO** to work out of the Montreal office.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendar; ensuring all meeting locations and information are up-to-date and sending meeting/appointment reminders
- Coordinating and setting meetings in multiple time zones in multiple countries
- Track, coordinate, communicate actionable items for the CEO
- Plan and coordinating business travel arrangements for CEO
- Make reservations for the CEO
- Coordinate signature process for all documents to be signed by the CEO (prepare, scan and send documents)
- Managing incoming creative or business development submissions as needed
- Work closely with all departments
- Plan various events
- Responsible for office management duties and report to Human Resources on them

Required Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required
- 1 to 3 years experience in in an administrative support role
- Must be interested in learning the business aspect of the company, particularly Production
- Demonstrated ability to take direction, follow through on tasks with mínimal additional direction and be resourceful, self-driven, and able to prioritize
- Prior experience and proven methodologies for understanding and anticipating executive needs to optimize efficiency, organize work, and quickly course-correct, if challenges are presented
- Must have a proven meticulous attention to detail in daily work habits
- Proficiency in the PC operating system environment and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, as well as being technology and social media savvy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially in English
- Ideally bilingual (English and French)
- High level of professionalism, diplomacy and discretion
