At WinAir, we aim to provide aviation businesses with the best SAAS solution to efficiently and effectively track and manage their aircraft maintenance and inventory control. Our Business Development Coordinator plays an integral role in new business development, from identifying new prospects to maintaining relationships that result in profitable new business opportunities for WinAir. Reporting to the Senior Management team, the Business Development Coordinator will assist in all sales-related activities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assist in document preparation and administration, including costing sheets, quotes, and WinAir documentation.
- Represent WinAir with polished communication and professionalism.
- Support in creating and distributing marketing materials and social media content.
- Conduct warm calls to aviation prospects to gather insights into their organization and their needs regarding maintenance software, and follow up on action items.
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel at prospective accounts.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling calls, meetings, and demos.
- Utilize Jira and CRM software to enter and track all prospect communication during the sales cycle.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Senior Management team to provide updates on leads and the ongoing sales cycle of prospects.
- Liaise with different departments within WinAir to ensure successful resolution of prospect/customer questions and concerns.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned by the Commercial Manager or Senior Management team.

**Qualifications** Education & Training**
- Minimum of College Diploma in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline.

**Experience**
- 2+ years customer service or sales experience
- CRM experience is an asset
- Experience or interest in aviation is an asset
- Marketing & LinkedIn experience is an asset

**Skills and Aptitudes**
- Skilled in quick thinking and active listening for phone conversations.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities required.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer usage.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Ability to balance customer needs with WinAir's requirements.
- Fluency in other languages considered an asset, not mandatory.

**Environment and Physical Requirements**
- Must reside in Canada
- Must be able to work remotely and on-site upon request
- Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Be able to sit for prolonged periods
- Be able to travel to domestic and global locations for trade shows or client visits (background check may be required).
- Be able to flex working time frames to accommodate different time zones as needed.
