Business Development Generalist

This is a temporary 12 month contract opportunity.

**Position - Key Job Elements**:
- Provide tactical support to the Business Development department’s day to day operations and Management team including the preparation of reports and deliverables.
- Support in the planning and execution of internal company communications and events.
- Maintain and update internal communication mediums (portal, electronic communication stations) to ensure information is relevant and accurate.
- Assist with Land Systems-Canada Trade Show planning and coordination of material requirements.
- Support the development of marketing material and planning activity.
- Coordinate and maintain departmental calendar of events.
- Support Community Relation events as required.
**Required Qualifications**:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- Proficiency with using social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, Slides, etc.).
- Strong organizational and project management skills and readiness to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel (10%) and possess / be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport.
