This administrative position supports our towing and impound services.

**Duties consist of**:
Take incoming calls for towing services, police impounds, accidents and distribute them to our drivers

Provide quotes to customers

Track daily calls that are distributed to each driver

Perform releases and cashier duties for impounded vehicles with potentially dishonest, demanding, and challenging customers.

Process impoundment paperwork and maintain compliance with all requirements for the laws of towing and impoundment

Administrative and clerical duties

Billing and collection of towing services

Update dispatch website with vehicle details

**Experience**:
Must have negotiating/sales experience

Emergency call center or dispatch experience

Minimum 2 years working in an office setting

Excellent computer skills (i.e. Excel, data systems etc.)

Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and very organized

Strong desire to help people and solve challenging problems

Able to work under pressure

Answer busy phone line

Able to greet the nice clients warmly but also not afraid to deal with the more challenging customers.

Assist in filing duties if needed

**Hours are from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday**

**$22/hour to start**

**Cash bonuses available regularily**
