The Customer Service Agent offers important support for our company’s activities. He/She ensures the satisfaction of our customers by offering an outstanding service and by following the standards established in the Customer Service and After Sales department.

Reporting to the Customer Service and After Sales Manager, the selected person responds to inquiries, gives information about the company's products, services, warranties and policies. Also provides service to customer such as receiving orders, invoicing and processing service requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
- Follow up on warranty complaints and claims with customers and all stakeholders involved.
- Respond quickly to customer requests.
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Track the movement of parts, supplies and materials and ensure shipment and receipt according to schedule.
- Collaborate on billing and credit processes (pre-invoicing, freight calculation, creation, modification and printing of invoices and credit notes, daily sales reports).
- Update master files (customer records, retailers, product numbers, retail prices, etc.).
- Issue return authorization numbers and follow up.
- Carry out different validations (procurement, quotations, etc.).
- Other related duties as required.

Education and experience:

- DES (High School Diploma) or equivalent customer service experience.
- 3 years of experience in customer service and data entry in an environment related to the distribution of finished products.
- Comfortable with the use of computer tools and other office equipment.

Skills and abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Organizational skills.

- 35 hours of work per week, monday to friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The schedule changes to 10 am to 6 pm after 4 weeks.
