As our Office & Event Coordinator at the soon-to-open Benevity office in Toronto, you will be essential in ensuring a positive office experience. You will maintain a well-stocked, safe, and secure environment and support events that foster our community and culture.
- Please note that this role is required to be in office 5 days a week._

**What you'll do**:

- Office management of the Toronto office, ensuring an organized environment
- Welcome guests at reception and connect them with their Benevity host
- Lead local events and engagement programs for the Toronto team
- Support company-wide initiatives like recognition programs, surprise and delight activities, and the annual Homecoming event in Calgary
- Purchase office and event supplies
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Coordinate with vendors, manage expenses, and handle office requests
- Provide ad hoc support for other team priorities

**What you'll bring**:

- Ability to make a great first impression
- 2-3 years of experience in reception, office management, and/or events
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Mac, Slack, Google Suite, and Asana is a plus
- Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a passion for working with people
