**Position Overview**

Based at Cabot’s home office in Toronto, Cabot’s Events Coordinator, will report to the Events Director, and will be part of a dynamic growing team embodying Cabot’s values of _confidence, authenticity, humility and warmth._

This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the world’s premier golf destination brands, during a period of rapid growth for the Cabot team. In this role, you’ll support the team with planning and coordinating external and internal events. These could include press trips, partnership events, sales meetings and prospect trips, opening events and other activations to showcase Cabot and deliver on the brand’s mission to “**_Create Magical Places Where Remarkable Memories are Made_**.”. This role will contribute to building Cabot’s events strategy as our brand continues to expand as a globally with five properties and counting across Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, and the UK, opportunity for personal and professional growth is endless.

**Profile Overview**

You are a service-oriented person, with a keen eye for detail who has a passion for planning and delivering elevated client events. You have a strong work ethic with a positive, friendly approach and are open to solving new challenges that may arise in a fast-paced environment. No task is too small or too big for you and your prior client services experience sets you up for success in this role.

**Core Accountabilities**:

- Manage a calendar of events, media and prospect visits across all our properties.
- Maintain and manage our Cabot prospect list and their status changes as directed.
- Provide support and organization for media trips, including building itineraries, creating invitations, tracking RSVP’s and booking reservations and excursions.
- Support the planning and execution of investor and prospect trips to Cabot‐owned properties.
- Organize transportation with on‐site leads, planning on‐ and off‐site excursions, creating itineraries for internal stakeholders and invited guests and planning and coordinating gifting for all attendees.
- Support the execution of golf events, at a small scale, as an opportunity for the Cabot Executive and Sales team(s) to entertain prospects and investors. Requirements include booking tee times, and transportation, arranging hospitality, planning and coordinating gifts for prospects, homeowners and members.
- Responsible for adhering to budgets, as directed, and reconciling all event expenses and vendor payments in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with vendors and the management teams at all Cabot properties to ensure seamless event execution.

- Experience and willingness to learn in both Canva and Hubspot

**Education and Work Experience**
- Experience working in fast-paced environments under pressure
- Relevant education (Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations) an asset
- Experience working in luxury event/client management
- Project planning/management experience would be an asset
