Business Development(Service Department Appointment

**Job description**
Sherwood Chevrolet is seeking an enthusiastic BDC representative to join our growing dealership team. You will coordinate all incoming requests via the telephone or online, search for potential service leads, book appointments for the service department, and act as customers' first point of contact.
**BDC Representative Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming phone calls and online enquiries.
- Log customer details and comments in our system.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with any "no-show" customers.
- maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
**BDC Representative Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly.
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
