This role is responsible for overseeing all daily business operations, ensuring efficient processes, and achieving key targets related to customer satisfaction, quality control, maintenance, employee relations, and profitability. Reporting directly to the company directors, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company's growth.

**Summary of essential job functions**:
**1. Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement recommendations and initiatives aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
- Drive operational excellence by establishing and maintaining business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
- Contribute to the development of short and long-term operational plans to support business growth.

**2. Daily Business Functions**:

- Assist with the daily functions of the business, ensuring smooth operations across various departments.
- Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and security.
- Maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.

**3. Team Leadership and Development**:

- Motivate, direct, and coach a high-performing team, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to ensure they meet their targets and hold them accountable for team performance.
- Support the selection and hiring process for contractors and employees.

**4. Operational Reporting and Analysis**:

- Develop and maintain operational reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and provide insights to directors for informed decision-making.

**5. Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, community representatives, and employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance the company's image and reputation.
- Ensure ethical business practices are followed throughout the organization.

**6. Facility and Equipment Management**:

- Take responsibility for facility maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
- Manage equipment maintenance and supplies to support smooth operations.

**7. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Provide regular reports to the directors on employee performance, contract-related issues, program development, and expansion needs.
- Execute directives from directors' meetings and report progress on ongoing projects.
- Identify and address technology needs and engage in proactive problem-solving.
