**Responsibilities**:

- **Managing Dialer Systems**: Configuring and maintaining automated dialing systems, such as predictive dialers or auto-dialers, which are used to streamline outbound calling processes.
- **Monitoring and Optimization**: Monitoring the performance of dialer systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and optimizing their settings for efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Data Management**: Handling and organizing contact lists, ensuring that the data used by dialer systems is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**: Ensuring that dialing practices comply with regulations, such as those related to telemarketing and privacy, and that the quality of calls meets organizational standards.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generating reports on dialing metrics, call volumes, and other performance indicators to support decision-making and improve strategies.
- **Technical Support**: Providing technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to the dialing systems.

**Hours of operation**:
Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday - 8:30am-5:00pm

Tuesday - 8:30am-7:30pm

Friday - 8:30am-4:00pm

One Mandatory Saturday is required once a month.
