**About the role**:
As Clutch's operations continue to grow in size, staff and complexity, we're looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our office organized and running efficiently.

**What you'll do**:

- Licensing all vehicles that are purchased at Clutch - including making daily licensing trips to Service Ontario
- Collaborating with sales teams to obtain the required documentation for daily licensing
- Maintaining an organized filing system both physically and electronically - including physically filing paperwork with Service Ontario
- Organizing and archiving vehicle registration, insurance, warranty and other relevant paperwork
- Coordinating with vendors to keep our office environment clean and well-stocked including maintaining a monthly expense report
- Performing ad-hoc data audits and admin tasks as required as required

**What we're looking for**:

- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Previous administrative experience is strongly preferred
- Previous licensing experience is strongly preferred
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Team player
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Desire to learn new skills
- Technology savvy (Google Drive, Slack etc.)
