**Mission Overview**:

- The PM/BA position is critical to sustain delivery of Commuter Tracking Project to conform to states tax withholding requirements on employee pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead projects in Agile or Waterfall methodology.
- Setup / Manage project governance including key stakeholder forums such as Operating / Steering Committee
- Gather and document functional requirement
- Understand technical aspects of the project and ideate technical solutions with technical stakeholders
- Coordinate with multiple teams across regions (India, US, LATAM)
- Develop test plans and test cases as needed for functional and regression testing
- Respect aggressive schedule
- Prepare and provide the roadmap and status updates on the periodic with management and business users collaborating with various stakeholders and technical teams
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Minimum Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree on Computer science or related field
- Broad background as Business Analyst / IT Project Manager and strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle process.
- Ability to work effectively in geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently with mínimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or seniority levels.
- Ability to manage/prioritize conflicting requests on time in a continually fast moving environment
- Must be a self-starter with attention to the details

**Preferred Qualifications.**
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Experience working on Payroll, HR, Tax, Risk or Legal projects
