Position Overview:
A Local Desjardins Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join a winning team for the role of Customer Service & Loyalty Representative. Ideally, you are an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Analyze the client’s current and future requirements
- Make recommendations on products that would best suit the client's needs
- Calling our clients to review their policies
- Answering client's questions and questions from insurance company
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Promoting client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building during policy renewals and updates.

- Property & Casualty license - (preferred/must be able to obtain)
In order to start work in an Insurance Agency, you will need to have your OTL or RIBO license as this is a regulated industry. We will help you get your OTL licensing and you must be prepared to put in the time to study and pass the exam.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
