**Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service and Feedback Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role involves direct interaction with customers to conduct surveys, gather feedback, and ensure outstanding service support. You will act as a vital link between our customers and internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
- Maintain and update our service portal, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Oversee the status of service tickets, following up on pending issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Act as a mediator between customers and our internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality) to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Compile and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing regular reports to management.
- Work closely with various departments to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer feedback.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and service ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills.

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
