Hardt fournit des solutions aux supermarchés ainsi qu’aux magasins à grandes surfaces, et est le fournisseur exclusif de rôtisseries et de réchauds à plus de 90% des grandes surfaces aux États-Unis. **Commis comptable**
Le rôle principal du commis comptable est d'effectuer des tâches reliées à la comptabilité telles que les comptes payables et recevables, la facturation, la saisie de données et le dépôt. Le commis comptable est un membre du département des finances et effectue d'autres tâches administratives tel que requis. Ce poste relève du contrôleur.
**Principaux domaines de responsabilité**
- Offrir du soutien administratif pour le département des finances, y compris la facturation, le classement, la saisie de données et d'autres tâches liées à la comptabilité et aux finances, au besoin;
- Assister la personne en charge pour les tâches liées aux comptes recevables;
- Assister la personne en charge pour les tâches liées aux comptes à payer;
- Traiter les factures sortantes (par courriel/courrier/télécopieur);
- Saisir des factures dans les portails en ligne des clients;
- Trier le courrier entrant et sortant;
- Traiter les paiements par carte de crédit et préparation du dépôt quotidien;
- Saisir des informations de suivi, de livraison et des frais d'expédition dans la plate-forme SIMS;
- Vérifier les envois UPS pour la livraison;
- Tenir à jour les dossiers de certificats d'assurance.
**Qualifications**
- Avoir complété un Diplôme d’Études Secondaires (DES);
- Minimum 1 année d’expérience dans un environnement de travail de bureau;
- Niveau intermédiaire requis pour les logiciels tels que Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel et aptitude avec l’Internet. Aisance avec un ordinateur;
- Communications professionnelles verbales et écrites avec une bonne grammaire appropriée pour un environnement d'affaires en anglais ou français;
- Être fiable face aux clients et avoir un bon esprit d'équipe;
- Avoir le sens de l’organisation et le souci du détail;
- La connaissance des procédures comptables serait un atout.
**Les conditions de travail**
- Les conditions de travail sont normales pour un environnement de bureau.
- Heures régulières de 8h30 à 17h00 - du lundi au vendredi (37,5 heures / semaine).
**Conditions de Travail**: Hardt encourage le télétravail lorsque le type de travail le permet jusqu’à un maximum de 3 jours par semaine et un minimum de 2 jours par semaine au bureau. Les membres de l'équipe doivent se coordonner avec leur superviseur pour évaluer ce qui convient et définir les meilleures options qui respectent les besoins et les objectifs des employés et de l'entreprise. Le télétravail deviendra possible lorsque la formation sera complétée.

**Accounting Clerk**
The primary role of the Accounting Clerk is to perform duties related to accounting such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, data entry and filing. The Accounting Clerk is a member of the Finance department and performs other administrative duties as assigned. This position is reporting to the Controller.
