**Coordonnateur/Coordonnatrice des comptes recevables**

**(Remplacement d’un congé de maternité - de 18 mois)**

Le coordonnateurdes comptes recevables s'assure que tous les articles expédiés soient correctement facturés. Le coordonnateur des comptes recevables est un membre du département des finances et effectue d’autres tâches administratives lorsqu’assignées. Ce poste relève du Contrôleur.

**Principales Responsabilités**
- Préparer les factures pour tous les éléments expédiés de l'entreprise;
- Valider les données sur les commandes clients (taxes de vente, remises, conditions de paiement, etc.);
- S’assurer que toutes les commandes facturées incluent les frais d’expédition appropriés;
- Préparer toutes les notes de crédit lors d'autorisation de retour de marchandise (ARM);
- Préparer les autres demandes de notes de crédit;
- Préparer tous les encaissements de paiement des comptes recevables (chèques / transferts électroniques de fonds / cartes de crédit);
- Répondre aux demandes des clients;
- Préparer un modèle de facture pour les petites commandes (comptes Balance Prior);
- Préparer un rapport de vente hebdomadaire;
- Vérification des sites Web des clients pour les factures et paiements;
- Support aux recouvrements (relevés, écarts de factures, suivis, etc.);
- Offrir un soutien à d'autres tâches liées à la finance, y compris les rapports mensuels;
- A une bonne approche-client et travaille bien en équipe.

**Qualifications**
- Cours technique en comptabilité complété;
- 3 ans d’expérience en facturation ou poste équivalent;
- Communications verbales et écrites professionnelles avec une bonne grammaire appropriée pour un environnement d’affaires en anglais et en français;
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement informatisé (logiciel de comptabilité et de gestion d’inventaire (ERP), Excel, Word, Outlook).

**Conditions de travail**
- Les conditions de travail sont normales pour un environnement de bureau.
- Heures régulières de 8h30 à 17h00 - du lundi au vendredi (37.5 heures / semaine) pour un contrat d’une durée maximale de 18 mois (remplacement d’un congé de maternité).
- Hardt encourage le télétravail lorsque le type de travail le permet jusqu’à un maximum de 3 jours par semaine et un minimum de 2 jours par semaine au bureau. Les membres de l'équipe doivent se coordonner avec leur superviseur pour évaluer ce qui convient et définir les meilleures options qui respectent les besoins et les objectifs des employés et de l'entreprise. Le télétravail deviendra possible lorsque la formation sera complétée.

**Accounts Receivable Coordinator**

**(18 months maternity leave replacement)**

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator ensures all items shipped are correctly invoiced. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is a member of the Finance department and performs other administrative duties as assigned. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is reporting to the Controller.
