Office Administrative Assistant

Chemainus, Canada REMAX Generation Full time

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Real
Estate Brokerage and will work cooperatively with cross departmental teams
as well as perform other duties as required to fulfill the strategic
direction and day to day operations. An interest and an aptitude for
learning new technology and software is necessary. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Organizational and planning skills are a must
due to the nature of the position dealing with multi office locations and
support on a daily basis.

Key competencies will include confidentiality, attention to detail and
accuracy, flexibility, results orientated with problem solving and decision
making skills. Exceptional time management and multi-tasking of projects
with multiple deadlines is also a requirement. Excellent knowledge of
including but not limited to; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google
Office, Social Media Management. Maintain filing system. Assist to
determine and establish office procedures and routines. Exceptional
customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
