Then you might be interested to know that RKM Services Ltd. is looking to hire an additional Project Administrator in our Chemainus, BC branch to assist our supervision team from the start to completion of a variety of projects and accounting related activities. This role is intended for someone interested in growing their experience in a wide variety of areas and help them better understand how a business works from the performance of field work all the way through to the billing and collection of funds.
This role requires out of town work for up to 3 weeks at a time, possibly 2-4 times a year with additional perks like periodic PAID overtime and double time allowing for much higher earning potential while at the same time not having to worry about frequent construction layoffs that many sites often endure.
Job Tasks (with examples):
- Client/Vendor Communication
- Job Costing and Reporting (daily, weekly or monthly as needed)
- Light Variance Analysis and Presentation
- A/R Billing (creating/proofing Invoices)
- A/P Receiving (vendor invoice entry, approvals, proofing, sorting)
- Payroll (assembly, proofing)
- PO generation and tracking
- General Office Administration
- Some travel (company paid) is required (up to 3 weeks at a time)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
