We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team. As a bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including day-to-day entries
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare financial reports for review
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Assist with scheduling and production processes

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
