Guelph, Canada The Dodd Team - Real Estate Full time

As our Marketing & Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for crafting creative campaigns to generate leads on Facebook, Instagram, and all other necessary social media platforms to help expand our brand into the Guelph community. We pride ourselves in our client care and prioritize keeping our clients in the loop throughout all stages of home buying/selling.

You will also be responsible for helping with events, managing print advertising, updating our website blog, and reaching out to our client database with newsletters.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage all social media platforms and CRM
- Develop innovative forward-thinking marketing strategies & campaigns consistently
- Write blogs to upload to websites to use on social media & in our monthly newsletters
- Keep track of marketing expenses to stay on budget
- Upload listings, prepare listing presentation documents
- Coordinate required vendors i.e. photography, signage, etc.
- Enter property data into real estate and marketing databases
- Manage property showing feedback and compile results
- Coordinate and manage client events and the delivery of client gifts/items of value
- Distribute, collect and report client satisfaction survey results
- Upload RLP’s market report PDF to our website monthly
- Create and fine-tune systems, checklists, and processes for continuous improvement
- Provide support to clients and cooperating agents
- Support agent in various administrative tasks
- Manage special projects, as required.

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year administrative or executive assistant experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud design softwares such as Illustrator, InDesign,
Photoshop and PremierePro
- A proven ability to deliver superior support, service, and results
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to develop productive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- The ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively as a team
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with client relationship management software
- Experience navigating the backend of a Wordpress site
- Experience using Hootsuite or another Social Media scheduling software
- Knowledge of MLS technologies and real estate specific software is preferred
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to change and support the growth of the team
