Sales & Operation Specialist / Manager

HealKEE Medical is seeking a dynamic and results-driven full time Sales & Operations Specialist/Manager to join us in Canada in January 2025. This role will focus on driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting operational activities that ensure business efficiency and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- _**Sales Strategy & Execution**_: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the medical device sector, with a focus on GI-related products.
- _**Client Relationship Management**_: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, distributors, and other industry partners.
- _**Market Analysis**_: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- _**Operational Duties**_: Optimizing operational processes related to customer PO, product delivery, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- _**Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**_: Work closely to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products to clients.
- _**Training & Development**_: Provide product training and support to both internal teams and external clients.
**Required Capabilities**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, life sciences, etc.) is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of medical device sales experience. **Familiarity with the gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy field is highly preferred.**:

- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
