KeyResponsibilities:
StrategicFinancialLeadership
- Leadthe preparation of the annual Business Plan and Strategic Plan incollaboration with senior leadership.
- Activelyparticipate in the Sales and amp; Operations Planning Processensuring financial alignment with businessgoals.
- Provide expert financial analysis andstrategic recommendations to drive performance and enhanceprofitability.
FinancialReporting and amp;Analysis
- Overseethe preparation and consolidation of monthly financial reportsincluding forecasts financial statements and managementreports.
- Conduct variance analysis and presentalternatives to management addressing any deviations from thefinancial plan.
- Lead the annual standard coststudy ensuring that improvements and cost reductions areeffectively implemented andreported.
OperationalFinanceManagement
- Managerelationships with key suppliers ensuring compliance with corporateguidelines and maximizing financial benefits (e.g. cash discountstimely payments).
- Provide oversight forAccounts Receivable ensuring policies and procedures are followedfor credit granting and collections.
- Evaluatecapital expenditure proposals and ensure they align with longtermfinancial goals.
- Conduct indepth analysis ofSales Product Costing and Manufacturing Variances offeringstrategic recommendations to optimize gross marginperformance.
Complianceand amp;Controls
- Ensurecompliance with IFRS standards internal controls and corporatepolicies including overseeing internal audits and the enforcementof segregation of duties within the financedepartment.
- Manage the safekeeping and properutilization of divisional assets including inventories and capitalassets.
- Play a lead role in bankingrelationships including payment processes banking software andfinancialaudits.
TeamLeadership and amp;Development
- Leadand mentor a highperforming finance and accounting team fosteringprofessional growth and ensuring departmental goals aremet.
- Conduct annual performance reviews andencourage team development through continuous education and jobimprovement.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge ofIFRS andinternalcontrols with prior experiencemanaging financial audits. Experience working at aPUBLICLY listed company MUSTHAVE
