Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

We are changing healthcare and bringing a slow moving goliath of an industry into the present while blazing a trail into the future of radiology and clinical operations through software, automation and AI.

**We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Commercial Sales Team** You are passionate about building relationships and systems that make a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of people and their health. **What You'll Do**

The primary purpose of this role is to add leadership to the enterprise sales team to enable them to grow and develop professionally while supporting them in growing their accounts and territories.
- Identify potential target markets, industries, and enterprises for the sales team to focus on.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed targets.
- Conducting regular team meetings and one on one coaching sessions to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Motivate and inspire team members to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.
- Provide training and coaching to sales reps on product knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to help the account managers improve their sales capabilities.
- Identify areas for skill development and organize relevant training sessions or workshops.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and deals are progressing forward.
- Analyzing sales data and trends to forecast future revenue and identify areas for improvement.
- Implementing tactics to accelerate the sales cycle and close deals more effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects and leverage them to grow the business.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to support the account managers and foster trust with customers.
- Address client concerns and escalations in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics, including leads prospected, opportunities converted, revenue, conversion rates, growth and all other sales activity.
- Generate regular sales reports and update dashboards to provide insights into team performance and progress towards targets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and reviews to assess individual and team performance against goals.
- Provide feedback to other departments and the leadership team on customer needs and market trends to inform product development and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the sales team budget, including expenses for travel, client entertainment, conferences, events, and other sales-related activities.
- Ensure that expenses are within budgetary constraints while maximizing return on investment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the marketplace.
- Proactively seeking opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

**What You'll Bring**
- 1-3 years experience leading a sales team in a regulated industry
- Experience as a quota carrying sales person in healthcare or medtech
- Proven track record of leading a team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Desire to deliver on exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to understand and communicate complex medical information
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
