We're hiring a dedicated and empathetic Junior Coach, which requires a fusion of Customer Success Manager (CSM) & Coaching responsibilities to offer the best possible experience for our clients throughout their journey. **Responsibilities**:
**1. Community Engagement**
- Moderate the company's Facebook group to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Generate positivity posts regularly to keep the group engaged.
- Proactively interact with the Facebook group members.
- Finding new ways to provide value to our customers is always encouraged

**2. Client Management**:

- Ensuring every single client has been taken care of properly (daily)
- Handle potentially challenging refund calls with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Conduct client testimonial calls to gather feedback and success stories.
- Proactively reach out to inactive clients or those who missed onboarding calls.
- Manage premium and challenging client relationships ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.

**3. Content Creation & Distribution**:

- Craft a weekly newsletter to be distributed every Monday.
- Develop engaging short video content relevant to the audience.
- Host live group calls two-three times per week (or more).

**4. Coaching**:

- Learn and employ the company's coaching techniques to handle spillover calls.
- Moderate group coaching calls daily.

**5. Administration & Support**:

- Provide tech support to clients in need.
- Share weekly surveys to gather client feedback.
- Review messages for other CSMs, offering guidance where necessary.
- Log into the Josh Hudson FB profile to manage and respond to all DMs.
- Host weekly live message review meetings for CSMs.
- Keep a record of clients attending the group coaching sessions each week.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
Ensuring perfect onboarding for all clients which will result in high client retention and engagement levels within the Facebook group.

Efficiency and accuracy in CRM onboarding reviews.

Positive engagement metrics on positivity posts and weekly newsletters.

Client satisfaction scores from tech support, CLC reviews, and coaching calls.

Number of active and semi-active clients managed.

Subjective feeling from the head of the department that you're responding in timely manner and taking care of all your responsibilities on time.

Attendance and engagement levels in group coaching calls and CLC reviews.

**Required skills**:

- Psychology background or coaching certificate preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken English (fluent/native, small accent -acceptable).
- Computer / Digital literacy.
- Natural ability to give advice based on the program and intuition.
- High empathy and genuine love for helping people. - Organization & management skills.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze the root of clients' issues.
- Live chat, customer success or remote work experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to work in US hours.
