**Junior GHS & Regulatory Specialist**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contact and search for supplier raw materials
- Data entry: entering raw materials into client databases
- Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders of the project.
- Research and review of chemical and environmental regulations across the US, Canada, and Globally. Update and maintain the ERA’s Master Chemical List.
- Research, Develop and Maintain current knowledge of the Globally Harmonized Systems (GHS) classification, SDS, and Chemical labeling requirements for various regulatory bodies.
- Update and maintain the ERA’s Master Chemical List.
- Assess regulatory compliance of complex multi-component mixtures.
- Create SDS and labels for customer products ensuring current regulatory compliance for domestic and international shipment.
- Account Manager for named clients - will be responsible for initial setup and customer support for the ERA's SDS authoring software
- Follow project management activities defined in the project plan and provide feedbacks.
- Provide customer support for the ERA EMS software.
- Working as part of a team to implement large scale projects
- Technical review and software testing, communication of ideas and issues to the development team.

**Qualifications and Personal Attributes**:

- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to establish goals, set clear expectations, organize and prioritize activities, and timely execution in a cross functional team environment
- Enthusiastic about working in a software development company and introducing innovative ideas to automate workflows and processes across various industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project management phases and processes is a significant advantage
- Capable of comprehending and working with complex process flows
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic

**Note**: Knowledge of English is essential for this position, as a majority portion of our client base is English-speaking.
